1. Services Overview
At SparkDevX, we provide a range of digital solutions including app testing, development, web design, and graphic design services. By using any of our services, you agree to abide by these terms and any additional agreements specific to the service.
2. App Testing Services
- No Money-Back Guarantee: Once the testing process begins, no refunds will be issued. If Google terminates or suspends your app during testing, no refunds will be provided.
- Testing Compliance: We adhere strictly to Google Play policies, ensuring your app is tested in real-world environments across multiple devices.
3. App & Web Development Services
- Project Commencement: Projects begin once payment is received and all necessary materials are provided by the client. Delays caused by missing materials are the client’s responsibility.
- Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, SparkDevX retains 60% of the project payment. The remaining 40% will be refunded only if significant work has not yet been completed.
- Scope of Work: Changes or additional work beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges and time extensions.
4. Design Services
- Design Revisions: Each design project includes a set number of revisions. Any additional revisions or major design changes will incur extra charges.
- Cancellation Policy: For canceled design projects, 60% of the payment will be retained, with 40% refunded if cancellation occurs after work has commenced.
5. User Responsibilities
- Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Accountability: Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the project and must adhere to agreed timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content created by SparkDevX for the client, including designs, code, and content, is the intellectual property of the client after payment is received.
7. Modifications to Terms
SparkDevX reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be communicated on this page.
